Thierry Willième, who joined GE Factofrance in September, has been appointed Managing Director of the company. He will strengthen the general management team, made up of Michel Aussavy (Chief Executive Officer), Alain Bonnet (Deputy Managing Director for Finance) and Alain Lajugie (Deputy Managing Director for Subsidiaries).

Thierry Willième, 46, was formerly Executive Chairman of IBM France Financement and a board member of IBM France, where he has held numerous positions,including that of Sales Director of the Small and Medium Business Centre.

The Factofrance group, France's biggest factor with almost € 20 billion of receivables financed, comprises Factofrance, a subsidiary of GE Commercial Finance, Cofacrédit, Factobail, Hervet Factor and Factocic.
